From the beginning, NLP set out not merely to describe excellence, but to understand its underlying subjective structure – those deeper patterns of thinking, perceiving and inner representation that enable certain individuals to produce extraordinary results. The aim was never imitation for its own sake. Rather, it was to discover how excellence is produced, so that it might be cultivated, extended and, ultimately, re-created in new and evolving forms.

Robert’s model of Disney’s creative process brings together three perspectives — the Dreamer, the Realist, and the Critic. Each contributes something different. The way they interact can determine whether an idea develops or gets caught in an internal argument.
Give the dream space to grow, build a workable plan, and then examine how that plan could be improved.

Robert Dilts is a trainer, consultant, and prolific author. His books and articles have been translated into many languages.

About Robert and His Work
One of the earliest and most productive developers of NLP, Robert was one of the first students of John Grinder and Richard Bandler and participated in the creation of NLP. In addition, Robert studied with Milton Erickson and Gregory Bateson.
In 1980, Robert came up with Sleight of Mouth, and in 1999 he published a book on Sleight of Mouth that became an international bestseller. And last year, Robert published Sleight of Mouth 2, taking the patterns to a new level.
In addition, Robert has written more than 35 books related to NLP, including the following:

Robert Dilts has also consulted Apple Computer, Alitalia airline, Lucasfilm Ltd., Fiat, Xerox, the Italian State Railway and many other major companies. He also developed a project for IBM Europe, built on the basis of systems theory and systems thinking.
Robert Dilts also teaches in more than 25 countries around the world.
In addition, Robert Dilts founded NLP University in Santa Cruz, California and created Dilts Strategy Group, a consulting, coaching and training company with a global network of consultants in more than 25 countries.

- All participants will be live with Robert Dilts on our Zoom channel.
- Robert will explain and demonstrate the ideas clearly and from multiple perspectives.
- You will be able to hear his stories and metaphors firsthand ― and from a ‘front row seat.’
- There will be live demonstrations with workshop participants and practical exercises in the Zoom breakout rooms.
What will the Strategies of Genius workshop be like?
Three days online with Robert Dilts on Zoom
All participants will be together with Robert Dilts in the Zoom hall. During the training, you will be able to ask him questions and receive detailed answers.
Daily Practical Exercises
Every day we will study, discuss, and practice Robert’s strategies for applying Strategies of Genius to real life goals.
And there will daily group exercises guided by Robert and exercises with partners in the Zoom breakout rooms.
Daily lottery for coach sessions with Robert Dilts
Robert will conduct personal coaching demonstrations with participants each day of the workshop.
